This bio is a work in progress. I'll add more, but I wanted to get a start on sharing my story.

I first saw a small denim beanbag being kicked at Eastern Washington University in 1978. It seemed like a silly thing to do, and at first it was also frustrating. It didn't take long to get hooked.

I didn't learn about technique, form, freestyle, and net until 1983. By that time, I had some bad habits to overcome, but I was excited and motivated to become a competitor.

Footbag has brought me joy, laughter, fitness, camaraderie, and assorted life lessons.

Thank you for letting me share!
